Privacy Policy
Flywheel Clinic is operated by Mind Boss LLC ("Flywheel Clinic", "we", "us"). This policy covers flywheelclinic.com and the emails and text messages we send you after you contact us through it. Last updated September 28, 2026.
Information we collect
When you submit an application or contact us, we collect your name, practice name, email address, phone number, revenue range, program pricing, and the context you provide about your practice's current state. If you message us through the chat on our contact page, we also keep your message and which kinds of texts you agreed to receive. We collect business information only. We never ask for patient or health information, and you should never send it.
How we use it
Solely to evaluate fit, respond to your inquiry, and prepare for your diagnostic call. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that operate this site and our CRM on our behalf. We never share text messaging opt-in data or consent (see Text messages below).
Text messages
We only text you if you agree to it. There are two kinds of texts, and you agree to each one separately:
- Informational texts: booking confirmations, reminders about your scheduled call, and replies to your questions.
- Marketing texts: occasional updates and offers from Flywheel Clinic. We send these only if you tick the separate marketing box.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of working with us.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email dan@flywheelclinic.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent.
Advertising and analytics
We use Meta advertising tools, which may set cookies and receive events about your interaction with this site so we can measure and improve our advertising. These events are also sent from our server, and may include your email address and phone number in irreversibly hashed form so Meta can match the conversion to an ad without us disclosing your details in the clear. These events never include text messaging opt-in data or consent. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your Meta ad settings and your browser's cookie controls.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you receive messages from us, every email includes an unsubscribe link and you can reply STOP to any text message.
